Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Every order is handmade, packed, and shipped by me personally. Here’s what you can expect when it comes to shipping:

Processing Time

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Please note that during holidays or busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer—but I always do my best to stay on schedule.

Shipping Carriers

I ship orders via USPS or UPS, depending on the size, destination, and shipping speed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dropped off.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after you receive your tracking email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is dropped off with USPS or UPS, it is out of my hands. I am not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you would like added protection, consider choosing a shipping option that includes insurance or delivery confirmation.
